Shepard Memorial Library is presenting “Celebrating 50 Years of Hip Hop” with several events throughout March and April 2023. For the third event, Students from TRLN schools will be invited to submit original works of art that pay tribute to Hip Hop.
A total of $25,000 is available for the Spring 2023 round of funding.
